Our expert fish monger will teach you how to shuck oysters, clean a lobster, fillet a fish, as well as tips and tricks for preparing your summer shellfish, then our cooking teacher will share the cooking and tasting of our recipes with you. You will enjoy matched wines with generous tastings of all the recipes.
As a special pre-Xmas treat, we will then share our two favourite Xmas dessert recipes – never before shared!
The cost is $250.00 – including presentation folder with recipes and selected wines. You’ll enjoy tastings of several recipes which our cooking teacher will prepare to show you how to turn your seafood into a fabulous celebration spread!
