Learn how to clean, gut, gill and fillet all your favourite local fish.

This class will demonstrate how professional fish cutters process whole fish. Using local fish like Snapper, King George whiting, Garfish, Flathead and Calamari you will be shown how best to clean and fillet your catch ready for the chef! You will then take a hands on approach and fillet a selection of fish under our supervision. This class will show you a few tricks of the trade to help you get the best return from the fish you fillet. This will include using the right knives for each task and how best to use all of the precious fish you have caught.

All fish will be provided which you will get to take home after the class. All attendees will be provided with an apron on the day.
