Event Details

  • Your class will take place in our brand new, purpose built facility in Dromana on the gorgeous Mornington Peninsula.
  • Instruction and understanding of basic cheese making including all the professional tips and tricks for getting it right the first time.
  • We will make several cheeses from a variety of milks including a French style Brie, a range of goat cheeses and a delicious whole milk ricotta.
  • Gourmet Lunch, cheese tasting, tea/coffee throughout the day
  • We take a maximum of 12 students per class so that all students have the time to fully enjoy this ‘hands on ‘ experience.
  • The cost is $250.00
