Your class will take place in our brand new, purpose built facility in Dromana on the gorgeous Mornington Peninsula. We’ll start the day talking about sourdough bread and how it differs from instant (yeast raised) bread, and discuss the importance of the flour to use and other ingredients then you’ll learn how to care for your starter, make a levain (the sourdough sponge), make and shape and then finally bake the most wonderful bread you’ve ever tasted. Then we will move on to focaccia, croissants, flatbreads and other sourdough and talk about how to fit this ‘age-old’ baking method into a modern life. A delicious lunch with a variety of breads will be served before you take home your baby starter… ready to start your own sourdough journey The cost is $250.00 – including your own sourdough starter to take home

This hand-building class will teach you how to make fantastic clay stamps and rollers as well as stencils so that you can repeat your designs over and over again… and
This hand-building class will teach you how to make fantastic clay stamps and rollers as well as stencils so that you can repeat your designs over and over again… and make new ones whenever you want.
On the first day, we’ll make a selection of stamps and rollers and then make a mug or plate… and on the second date, your stamps and rollers will be fired and ready for you to create your own masterpiece! Soon you’ll be making baskets, pedestal bowls and so much more.
You’ll be limited only by your imagination!!
The class includes both days of instruction, clay, tools, grazing lunch, tea and coffee and the firing of your stamps, texture rollers and other items
Cost $350.00
An Optional Glaze session will be offered the following month for those participants in this class.
