The best part of this class is that you will leave with the recipes and flavours of your perfect Xmas feast and know how to prepare it for your familys’ special day!
Our expert fish monger will teach you how to shuck oysters, clean a lobster, fillet a fish, as well as tips and tricks for preparing your summer shellfish, then our cooking teacher will share the cooking and tasting of our recipes with you. You will enjoy matched wines with generous tastings of all the recipes.
As a special pre-Xmas treat, we will then share our two favourite Xmas dessert recipes – never before shared!
