A BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF CHEESEMAKING IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS CLASS!
Your class will take place in our brand new, purpose built facility in Dromana on the gorgeous Mornington Peninsula.
Instruction and understanding of blue moulds and tastings of blue cheese including all the professional tips and tricks for getting it right the first time.
We will make several Blue cheeses from a variety of milks including a French style Blue brie, a soft blue goat cheese and a Stilton style blue.
Gourmet Lunch, cheese tasting, tea/coffee throughout the day
We take a maximum of 12 students per class so that all students have the time to fully enjoy this ‘hands on ‘ experience.
