Your class will take place in our brand new, purpose built facility in Dromana on the gorgeous Mornington Peninsula.
Instruction and understanding of basic cheese making including all the professional tips and tricks for getting it right the first time.
We will make several cheeses from a variety of milks including a French style Brie, a range of goat cheeses and a delicious whole milk ricotta.
Gourmet Lunch, cheese tasting, tea/coffee throughout the day
We take a maximum of 12 students per class so that all students have the time to fully enjoy this ‘hands on ‘ experience.
